Jo a seasoned professional in the finance field. His interest came when he started his entrepreneurship journey and founded Botmatic as his first venture upon struggling to survive, claimmyshares project came into light and he convinced Hitesh and Zaid to single focus on that project since 2021. He believed Data insights is what needed to solve not through marketing or advertisement. He is a chartered accountant by profession and has 23+ years of experience in Fiannce strategy.
Zaid Kadiwal
Chartered Accountant
Zaid knew Jo and Hitesh for a decade and slowly he understood the Data Tech in finance world and joined hands in this entrepreneurial journey with both of them. He believes in process and system is mandatory post busienss is built and his journey with Jo has given a global level view for CMS expansion. Jo always appreciates his integrity and not to be on debt while in business. His expertise lies in setting up a new processes and systems and taking up new and challenging roles, upon hearing claim my shares he researched and developed all operational and system processes in respect of unclaimed financial assets. He is also a Chartered Accountant with 11+ years of experience and have experience on tax strategies
Hitesh Rahangdale

Hitesh started his entrepreneurial journey with Jo, however struggling for a couple of years finally he understood the true meaning being a co-founder what is needed to be solved. He understood it is not money what is needed at first but the talent and he is an instrumental alike Zaid to find great talent pool to CMS project. Today most of our champs is from world of Hitesh, though it nurtured by Zaid. He is a great listener and a perfect combination to Both of them.
He is a strong follower of emerging technologies, and he understands that technology can be a game-changer in today’s fast-paced business environment. He is passionate about growth-stage companies and their pain and ignorance.

Mr Subhash Tanwar, Joins us as Global Sales Head of JPD Group, With 28+ years of Leadership, Sales, Business development with cross-functional experience and having a background in Electronics & Telecommunications from VJTI, he is also Director of Rural Development at the iWatch Foundation, he was also CEO & Founder of Suxes Consultancy. He devoted his life to empower MSMEs in India with a focus on rural development and social entrepreneurship. Known for his honest advice and mentoring, he actively supports sustainable growth and system transformation through various rural initiatives. He Invested more than 11 years understanding Indian Politics.
Karthikeyan Lakshmanan
CA Karthik Lakshmanan, Joins us the Global CEO of JPD Group. In the last 2 years he has established and founded a boutique management consulting firm, advising many boards and international entrepreneurs in Finance, Strategy and Restructuring. Prior to this, he was a Vice President and Regional Controller for Mastercard, South Asia for about 8 years and Vice President and Financial Controller for SCB in India for over 13 years and have previously worked in Big4 firms specializing in assurance services. He is a Chartered Accountant with around 3 decades of experience.
